On this U.S Election Day....

Well all the signs are pointing in John Kerry's favour.....well perhaps not all the signs but as a sports fan, I tend to believe myths regarding sports so if they say that everytime the Washington Redskins win their last game before an election, the incumbent wins, if they lose, the incumbent loses, it MUST be true. I mean its happened every U.S election since like 1936 so its bound to happen again right? Well say what you want, and I don't want to have this blog turn into a political fiasco, but I think Bush will pull it out. The president seems to REALLY have to piss people off to get booted out of office after just 1 term and I don't think Bush hit that breaking point yet....close.....but not yet. I still think he is the better choice over Kerry....in this election anyways. He waged a war in Iraq and I think he has to finish what he started. Bringing another president into office in the middle of a war could have dire consequences for the U.S and all countries involved.

Other than the big U.S election, clearly not alot has happened today. Apparently there is a big snowstorm headed for Northern New Brunswick. That kinda sucks for them....but I'm sure we'll get our share. Thats why I rushed out to Canadian Tire tonight to buy a snow scraper thingamajig. Thats thinking ahead!!

Hey my NY Jets won last night! Man did they ever whip Miami's a**. Of course I can't tell you much about the game because I got to watch all of 5 minutes of it, but I knew we would win anyways.

In other news, I'm planning to start a business on the side. I can't tell you what kind of business it is yet....but all I can say is that I stand to make a good chunk of money if I run it correctly, which as the Harvard Business Gradumacate that I am *HAHAHA*, there is no doubt that it will be a Fortune 500 company by the end of the year.

So whats on the agenda for tonight? Well I figure I'd get ahead in some school work and finish up a journal review thats only due for Thursday.....wow and I'm doing it Tuesday night, what a keener! Also, some xbox seems to be in order since I haven't been able to play Ghost Recon for awhile. Definitely doing that tonight. Finally, I may just check in on the election coverage since I'm sure that my tv choices will be limited tonight considering that 75-80% of our programming is American. Oh well....what can ya do! T'il tomorrow.......vote Bush :)

Happy November 1st Day!!

Yup well its finally November 1st! I say that as if there is some significant meaning to this day......well actually there isn't. Although, 3 more days and I'm officially 22.5 yrs of age. How about that!!??

As I'm sure you can already tell, not much happened today. Showed up at 9:28 for my 9:30 class this morning and didn't get a computer in the lab which sucked. Went to work after that and that was basically same old thing.....then went to last class and got my essay back...C+....not real impressed but I can truly say that I deserved that mark. I'm sure the one I handed in today is not going to be much better but I guess we'll just wait and see. Funny thing is, the essay was written really well.....just didn't follow instructions along with 25 or 30 other ppl in the class. We also got to leave 40 minutes early because the prof got a call and had to take his dog to the vet because it got tangled up in something and had a massive cut. Thats kinda sad... :(

Tonight I plan to cart my butt off to the gym, read some crap for my 8:30 class tomorrow, do some laundry and catch some of the Dolphins/Jets game.....which the Jets will win by a longshot so don't you dare say otherwise haha.

Kind of a slow day here in Freddy Beach.....I'm actually going to be heading home to see my folks in 2 weeks which is kind of cool. Gotta get the winter tires put on the car too so I guess I'll kill two birds with one stone (for lack of a better analogy).

Having said absolutely nothing thus far, I guess I'll take off.....hey maybe I can squeeze some XBOX in to tonights schedule. No probably not haha. Sayonara.
