Ode To Autumn
The trees are changing, the air is crisp
The sky extends beyond the horizon
The streets are empty, the schools are full
As Autumn arrives with impeccable timing
For summer is gone and winter will soon be here
The arenas will open and the baseball parks will close
But one thing is certain, the cycle will repeat all over again
In 2007
Thats my lame shot at imagery poetry haha. Well the teaching career has been going quite well. I don't actually have a permanent job at the moment but I've been kinda working my way in the front door with a long-term supply gig and it has been going quite well. I must say I am enjoying it.
Hockey will start soon and that is always something to look forward to. Gettin out on the ice, playing some hardcore pick-up hockey and swillin a few cold ones after the game....thats what northern NB is all about!
